French Beans


Sahaja French Beans are procured directly from our farmers. It is healthy, nutritious, 100% organic and grown without chemical pesticides.

Nutritional values & Health benefits - French beans are nice, crunchy, low-calorie food and also provide many key nutrients. Young, tender Green beans are a good source of vitamins B (Folate) that prevent neural tube defects and antioxidant vitamin C that boosts immunity and helps protect the skin. It has dietary fiber, folate, vitamin K, Silicon (needed for healthy bones, skin, and hair) and minerals especially manganese (supports metabolism, bone health). These are low in FODMAPs (undigested carbohydrates leading to gastric problems).

Cooking tips - Blanch them, sauté them, or eat them as a curry. Some use them in Sambar or Pulusu also.
